The CIPP Model of Stunting Management Program During Covid-19 Pandemic in Semarang City

Background: Semarang City has successfully reduced in reducing the stunting rate by 2.7% 2018 and 2.5% 2019. With Covid-19 pandemic, prevention program faces problems that have potential to increase prevalence risk of stunting. The problem are limited access intervention decline quality work area Puskesmas City. In addition, it is still unknown how was implemented at puskesmas during pandemic.Objectives: purpose this research identify evaluate implementation pandemic using CIPP model.Materials Methods: This used a survey with qualitative approach. carried out from August October 2021. informants for study consisted 5 main informants: nutritionists puskesmas, 15 triangulation informants, head posyandu cadres, mothers who had stunted children five health centers City, namely Bandarharjo Health Center, Lamper Tengah Tlogosari Wetan Gunungpati Pegandan Center. Determination purposive technique based on geographic location Public In-depth interviews prepared guidelines. Data analysis content analysis.Results: results showed context component, understood goals targets program. input component Human Resources not optimal because they helped succeed Funding disrupted there were no technical guidelines funding Covid, infrastructures due lack training cadres. process components included: monitoring door door, administration PMT F100, ineffective online counseling, fewer participated nutrition consultations, related vitamin A administration.Conclusion: been able be well pandemic.
